The Alpha Safety S5 from Dikamar is a comfortable and practical safety boot perfect to use in the harshest environments where the use of safety shoes is essential. This boot has steel toecap protection and steel midsole. Its slip-resistant and antistatic sole gives excellent grip on the most slippery surfaces reducing the risk of falling hazards. The sole is also resistant to oils, fats, acids and organic solvents.
This hard-wearing, lightweight and flexible PU boot with energy absorbing heel has excellent thermal insulation down to -20ºC, keeping your feet dry and at the right temperature.
This boot is certified by the European standard EN ISO 20345:2011 S5+CI+SRC and meets ASTM 2413-11 requirements.

The S5 classification is the most demanding category regarding protective features for safety footwear. The boots with S5 classification are particularly equipped with a protective steel toe cap and midsole and cleated outsole. Other protective features include antistatic properties, slip resistance, resistance to fuel oil and energy absorption of the heel region. The boots are tested and certified in accordance with the EN ISO 20345:2011 standard. The S5 certification includes all the same features of S4 footwear with the added benefit of midsole penetration resistance. |
